Otherwise, we use our extensive referral network, social media, and industry connections to attract qualified candidates. We can screen and interview candidates if requested by the client, although some clients prefer to do this function in-house. If requested, we can check references to assure quality in every candidate.

Our temporary staffing service is an ideal way to get a position filled quickly and see if an individual is right for a position without a commitment to a permanent hire. Temporary staffing accomplishes two things: a position is filled quickly, and it is a risk-free way to see if an employee has the skills and fits in with the company's culture without having to make a permanent commitment. Temporary contract staffing lasts a specified, short period, often around three to four months. We use temporary contracts for seasonal work or to complete a specific task.
